Included as part of the service, you will recieve bi-annual checkup reports on all your services, telling you whether you are getting the best value and levels of service from your suppliers.

Additionally, Factotum has a custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that tracks all queries that your staff have. You will receive monthly statements, and full access to see everything that goes on behind the scenes if you still like to keep your eye on the ball!
